I underwent CoolSculpting® in my tummy area because I want to get rid of my fat cells there FOREVER! It only took one hour and was a very simple process. I had my procedure done in Florida, but there are many places across the U.S. that now offer this. My Consultant was RN, Lynn Hobsen Allen and she was just amazing. She made me feel absolutely comfortable the entire time. She answered all of my questions and not once did she make me feel my questions were silly or irrelevant. She also explained the procedure step by step before doing anything, which helped me to relax even more. The hour went by quickly and truly was pain-free!
My lower stomach area was numb for about 5 days, but after that, felt pretty normal. I felt inches were melted off in just 1 week, but the true results were apparent in about 3 weeks. I am happy with the overall results and recommend this procedure for those who have problem areas that stubbornly won't reduce in size no matter what you try.
